LinkaChart Medical Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how LinkaChart Medical ("LinkaChart", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information. "Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual as described under applicable privacy laws. This policy applies to the collection of email addresses for our pre-order waitlist on the website, account information in the LinkaChart AI mobile app ("App"), and your use of the App.

We never sell your personal data. We never use your identifiable information to train AI models.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on our website.

How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information in the following ways:

• Website: When you submit your email address to join our pre-order waitlist, you provide it directly to us.

• App: The LinkaChart AI App collects the following categories of information on your device:

  – Voice and speech, captured via your device's microphone during live conversations.

  – Medical records and answers that you choose to enter or select for use in a feature.

  – Text and photos of medication or supplement labels that you scan with your device's camera.

  – Account information: When you create an account in the App, we collect your phone number and first name. Your phone number is verified with a one-time SMS code sent by Google Firebase Authentication, which acts as our authentication processor. We use this information to (a) secure and restore your account, (b) respond to feedback and bug reports you send us, and (c) occasionally ask for product feedback by text. We never use your phone number for marketing, never sell it, and never share it with advertisers. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

  – Feedback and bug reports: If you choose to submit feedback or report a bug in the App, we receive the text you write, along with recent app diagnostic and usage logs, to help us reproduce and fix issues and improve the App. Reports are delivered to us through Google (Google Workspace). App diagnostic and usage analytics are processed by our analytics provider, Mixpanel, and are associated with your account ID so we can understand usage and follow up on problems; they never include your medical records, documents, or conversation content. As noted in the App, please do not include sensitive personal or medical information in your feedback.

• No third-party sources: We do not collect information about you from third parties for these purposes.

On the website, the only personal information we collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily to receive pre-order notifications. In the App, your medical records and conversations are collected and stored on your device and stay on your device except where you explicitly consent to send data to third-party AI services to generate a response (see "How We May Share Your Personal Information"). Your account information (phone number and first name) is stored by LinkaChart to operate your account as described above.

How We May Use Personal Information

We may use your email address for the following purposes:

• To notify you when LinkaChart AI is available for pre-order.

• To send optional updates about LinkaChart Medical, with your consent where required by law.

• To comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We use account information to secure and restore your account, respond to feedback and bug reports you send us, and occasionally ask for product feedback by text (never marketing).

We use the information collected in the App to power AI conversations, summaries, and medication reading. Only the specific data needed for your request is sent, in real time, solely to generate the response or feature you requested. Your stored records remain on your device; LinkaChart does not store or process your medical data on its own servers. AI responses are informational only and are not medical advice; always consult a healthcare professional.

How We May Share Your Personal Information

We never sell your personal data, and we never use your identifiable information to train AI models. We do not share your personal information for advertising purposes. We may share your email address with:

• Service providers: Such as email delivery services (e.g., Resend) to send pre-order notifications, and Google Firebase Authentication to verify your phone number via SMS, under strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.

• Legal compliance: With government or law enforcement officials if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

App: third-party AI services. To provide AI features, and only with your explicit consent given in the App, the following information is sent directly from your device to third-party AI services to generate the response or feature you requested:

  – Your voice and speech during live conversations;

  – The medical records and answers you choose to use in a feature;

  – Text and photos of medication or supplement labels you scan.

This information is sent to:

• Google (Gemini AI services)

• xAI (Grok AI services)

This data is transmitted in real time solely to fulfill your request. These providers process the data under their API terms, which provide an equivalent level of data protection, including that data submitted through their APIs is not used to train their AI models. The data is transmitted directly from your device to these services. LinkaChart does not store or access this data on its own servers.

Your Privacy Rights

• Consent: We collect your email with your consent, given when you submit it. You may withdraw consent by contacting us (see below), which will remove you from the pre-order list.

• Unsubscribe: To opt out of future communications, follow the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us. Administrative emails (e.g., launch notifications) may still be sent.

• Access: You may request to review your email address by contacting us.

• Update: If your email changes, notify us to update our records.

• App data: You can delete all your on-device data (records and chats) at any time via the App's settings. Your consent to share data with third-party AI services (Google Gemini and xAI Grok) is revocable at any time in settings.

• Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time in the App (drawer Settings → Delete Account). This removes your phone number and name from our systems.

Security

We implement safeguards to protect your email address. For the App, your data is stored locally on your device and protected by Apple's Data Protection features, including AES-256 encryption and Secure Enclave hardware. Any data you consent to send to third-party AI services is transmitted over encrypted connections and is then governed by those providers' terms. However, no method is 100% secure. If you suspect a security issue, contact us immediately.

Data Retention and Storage

LinkaChart Medical is based in the United States. Your email will be stored there and retained until you unsubscribe, allowing us to send post-launch updates and support related to LinkaChart AI. Retention may be extended as required by law. We may anonymize your email address afterward for analytical purposes. Your account ID and phone number are retained only while your account exists; deleting your account removes your phone number and name from our systems. In the App, medical data is stored locally on your device until you delete it. Any data you consent to send to third-party AI services is retained by those providers in accordance with their terms, not by LinkaChart.

Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16 (or under 15 in the Republic of Korea). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below these age limits. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Users must be at least 16 years old (or 15 in the Republic of Korea) to join the pre-order waitlist or use the App.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and our processing of personal information are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional privacy rights under the laws of your country or region. Where those laws require, we will honor them regardless of this choice of law.
